Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for LangSmith. This onsite role in Boston, MA offers the opportunity to shape the technical direction of our platform while partnering with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.

You will own architecture across Go, Python, and Typescript, collaborate with product and design teams, and drive aggressive timelines with high engineering standards. A strong ownership mindset and experience with AI/LLM-powered tools are pluses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering on complex platform products.
• Backend in Go or Python and frontend in React/Typescript.
• Strong SQL experience with Postgres/Redis.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implement key LangSmith features.
• Collaborate with product and design to iterate on features.
• Drive timelines while upholding high engineering standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and lead by example.
