airSlate is hiring a software engineer to build production software with AI coding agents, owning features end-to-end from requirements to monitoring. You will work with PHP/Node.js/Golang and modern JS/TS/React, with strong SQL and Docker experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building production software with AI coding agents.
• Proficiency in PHP, Node.js or Golang and modern JS (TypeScript/React).
• Strong SQL skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker and cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Delivering product features with AI coding agents as the primary implementation loop and writing specs.
• Reviewing and verifying agent-generated code for production readiness.
• Owning end-to-end features: requirements, quality, tests, deployment, and monitoring.
• Improving team workflows with agents, context, prompts, and guardrails.
• Conducting code and documentation reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Participating in duty rotations: monitoring production systems and incidents.
• Growing technically within a high-delivery engineering culture.
