Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a top reinsurance client to help build a next-generation, AI-powered underwriting platform. This individual will serve as a technical lead while remaining highly hands-on, responsible for designing and developing full stack applications that streamline insurance submission intake, analytics, and underwriting workflows. The role will support a small engineering pod, partner directly with product and business stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping the platform's architecture and future AI capabilities
