Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Fullstack Developer to bridge business priorities with hands-on implementation across a distributed organization.

You will drive architecture, API contracts, and agentic workflows for enterprise-scale systems, coordinating with global teams and stakeholders in multiple departments. Qualifications

• Three-plus years of hands-on, relevant full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript with a modern frontend framework such as React.
• Backend development with Node.js or Python and strong API/integration design.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-driven solutions, including tool calling or MCP.
• Ability to translate stakeholder findings into practical architecture and backlog.
• AWS delivery experience covering Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with enterprise authentication approaches such as SSO/Okta and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Convert internal use cases into architectures, UX/flow diagrams, API contracts, and a ready backlog.
• Develop and interconnect agentic workflows across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCMT.
• Lead integration projects including authentication setup, data contracts, RBAC, and production launches.
• Coordinate daily with India-based team to review PRs, resolve questions, and maintain quality.
• Build prototypes spanning UI components or MCP/LLM integration and deliver a production-ready backlog.
