Job summary

Morpho seeks a senior engineer to own the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of its product suite, spanning React frontends, GraphQL APIs, and on-chain data systems. You will ensure the platform scales beyond $10B in TVL and raise the technical bar across the team.

You will design API/SDK strategies for hundreds of integrators, lead architecture reviews, and drive reliability with observability tooling. Paris or remote options supported.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years building fullstack applications at scale.
• Proven track record architecting high-availability systems.
• Deep TypeScript expertise across client and server.
• Hands-on experience with on-chain data indexers.
• Experience leading initiatives across multiple teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own end-to-end delivery of DeFi products from frontend to blockchain data indexers.
• Design and implement API/SDK strategy for hundreds of integrators.
• Build and optimize data systems processing on-chain events across multiple blockchains.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish coding standards across teams (5-10 engineers).
• Own observability and incident response using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Sentry.
