Qualifications

• Agency or consultancy experience building WordPress solutions for enterprise projects.
• Strong full-stack skills across HTML, CSS, modern PHP, JavaScript, and the Gutenberg ecosystem.
• Experience building custom blocks with React.js is a plus.
• Excellent English communication in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Build features for enterprise-level WordPress solutions (custom blocks in React.js, plugins, themes).
• Own tickets end-to-end from requirements to PRs with clear summaries.
• Translate Figma designs into polished features within WordPress themes and plugins.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate implementation while validating outputs before PRs.
• Iterate on code review feedback from senior engineers and adopt best practices.
• Collaborate asynchronously in English with distributed teams across engineering and design.
