Job summary

SiteOwl, recently acquired by ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join a small team designing, building, and maintaining a B2B SaaS platform for physical security systems. This role spans web, mobile, and backend using TypeScript, React, MAUI, Capacitor, and Node.

You will contribute to RESTful APIs, front-end features, testing, and collaborating with product and engineering leadership to architect scalable solutions. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a technical field (CS preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional development experience.
• Solid foundation of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience shipping rich apps using React.
• Experience architecting and shipping backend RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Familiarity with front-end and backend performance best practices.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with DevOps and cloud platforms.
• Experience with AI development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build software impacting how physical security infrastructure is deployed and maintained.
• Add features to SiteOwl apps using TS, React, MAUI, Capacitor, Supabase, and Node.
• Create back-end RESTful APIs with documentation for customers.
• Implement responsive front-end features for desktop and mobile.
• Write automated tests and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with product team to design features customers love.
• Work with engineering leadership to architect features using the right tools.
