Role Overview:

We are seeking a full stack web developer passionate about creating a world-class online experience that fosters sophisticated user engagement. Join our fast-moving, innovative team to help us grow.

What You Will Do :

1. Collaborate with partner teams to deliver exceptional end-to-end experiences.
2. Implement high-performing, reusable UI components.
3. Build responsive web experiences compatible across devices and browsers.
4. Create database schemas.
5. Contribute to backend development or develop backend services.
6. Apply knowledge of testing, security, and scalability in web backend development.
7. Build and maintain backend services integrating with internal systems and third-party software.
8. Design, write, document, deploy, and maintain front-end codebases collaboratively.
9. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
10. Participate in design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality.
11. Enjoy building high-quality code within a collaborative team environment.

What You Will Bring :

1. 5+ years of experience in a production environment developing scalable, responsive websites/applications using JavaScript, React, and CSS.
2. Strong cross-team communication skills.
3. Ownership mentality and ability to drive technical roadmaps.
4. Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
5. Knowledge of at least one backend language.
6. Understanding of backend design patterns and database design.
7. Ability to consider edge cases and communicate effectively.
8. Experience with code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
9. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
10. Ability to implement stakeholder and design requests from end to end.
11. Proficiency in writing clean, compliant, SEO-friendly HTML and CSS.
12. Comfort working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

What Gives You an Edge :

1. Experience with Gatsby, GraphQL, CSS preprocessors.
2. Experience building backend systems and database design.
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing libraries like Jest, Cypress.
4. Knowledge of web application optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
5. Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Zeplin.
