Job summary

XLA is seeking a Senior Web Developer to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. The role is onsite Monday through Friday and requires eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance. Local candidates are preferred.

You will contribute to full stack development using .NET and Oracle RDBMS, work with SPA front-end frameworks (Vue preferred), and participate in all phases from requirements through maintenance.

Qualifications

• Local to Arlington, VA area and eligible for a U.S. Secret clearance.
• Proven experience with .NET web development and SPA front-end frameworks.
• Experience with SQL data modeling and Oracle RDBMS.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and modern front-end frameworks (Vue preferred).

Responsibilities

• Involved in all phases of the application development process from requirements through maintenance.
• Develop full stack web applications using .NET and Oracle RDBMS.
• Create front-end SPA components with Vue (or similar) and design middle-tier APIs.
• Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to ensure compliance and reliability.

Job description

XLA is looking for a Senior Web Developer to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This position requires the candidate to be eligible to obtain a U.S. secret security clearance and is onsite position Monday-Friday.

Candidates must be local to the Arlington, VA area to be considered.

Required Skills:

• .NET (web frameworks, libraries, unit testing frames, and design best practices)
• Vue3 (or similar front end framework like React or Angular - Vue is preferred)
• HTML
• SQL/data modeling and experience working with relational database for data persistence.
• Familiarity with Git and common code branching strategies
• Involved in all phases of the application development process from requirements, design, implementation, operations, and maintenance
• Responsible for full stack web application development using Microsoft .NET technology and Oracle RDBM
• Strong skills in frontend frameworks like Vue, React, or Angular (preferably Vue) and have strong knowledge of .NET web application development frameworks and libraries. This includes front end Single Page Application (SPA) development, well-structured middle tier API/Services, and data model design/implementation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with accounting systems like CGI Momentum software or other COTS product.
• Experience development applications to Financial Management controls/business processes.
• Experience with Oracle PLSQL or Oracle DBA experience
