Qualifications

• Experience in Java/.NET full stack development using C#, ASP.NET, APIs.
• Hands-on with Angular and/or React.js front-ends.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Proven debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze issues across multiple tech stacks, including Java apps.
• Experience with application and database migrations.
• Familiarity with OpenShift, NAS storage, and file transfer/messaging mechanisms.
• Exposure to security scans (Black Duck, Checkmarx) and fixing vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of SLA management and production support processes.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer/Technical Lead with expertise in JAVA / .NET technologies, Angular/React, and strong capabilities in production support, debugging, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves working across technical and functional domains, performing root cause analysis, guiding teams, and ensuring application stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using JAVA / .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs) and Angular/React.js
• Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting of application and production issues across distributed systems
• Engage with business users to understand issues, analyze requirements, and provide effective workarounds or permanent solutions
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare clear summaries and technical analysis reports for development teams to implement fixes
• Ensure proactive stakeholder communication, including status updates, risks, and resolution timelines
• Provide technical and functional expertise across applications and systems
• Coordinate with teams to manage deliverables, issue resolution, and continuous improvements
• Mentor and guide team members on technical solutions, best practices, and business understanding

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience in JAVA / .NET Full Stack Development (C#, ASP.NET, APIs)
• Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React.js
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Proven expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution
• Ability to analyze issues across multiple tech stacks, including familiarity with Java-based applications
• Experience with application migrations and database migrations
• Knowledge of NDM (Network Data Mover), NAS storage systems, and file transfer mechanisms, messaging mechanisms
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (OpenShift Container Platform - OCP)
• Experience in handling security scans (Black Duck, Checkmarx) and fixing vulnerabilities
• Understanding of SLA management, incident management, and production support processes
