System One, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer in Pittsburgh to design, build, and maintain APIs, microservices, and frontend components using Angular and Java.

You will lead a development team, enforce coding standards, participate in release planning, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver enterprise-scale web applications with robust DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Expert in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Angular, XML, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI.
• 8+ years building/consuming RESTful and SOAP services.
• 5+ years with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• 5+ years using GitHub, Jenkins and CI/CD tools.
• Experience writing unit tests for Java and JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile environments and release management.
• Experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and implement APIs, microservices, and frontend components.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular.
• Lead and mentor development team members with technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable full-stack solutions.
• Drive coding standards, development best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and unit test Java-based RESTful services and Angular/JavaScript apps.
• Review technical designs and provide feedback on architecture and estimates.
• Design new systems and enhancements to existing applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable backend and frontend solutions.
• Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and change requests.
• Support end-to-end release execution and production support.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications across environments.
• Utilize DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD, and API management Apigee.
• Research and recommend development tools, frameworks, and libraries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and external partners.
• Prioritize multiple initiatives while meeting project deadlines.
• Build strong working relationships across technical and business teams.
