Job summary

Holley is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to architect and accelerate our eCommerce evolution. This in-office role can be based in Bowling Green, KY or Nashville, TN, and demands full-stack depth, mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-focused mindset.

You will lead technical direction, design scalable web applications, integrate CMS, DAM, and PIM systems, and drive secure, high-performance systems while embracing Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years building and scaling digital platforms.
• Strong PHP, JavaScript, and CSS expertise with CMS experience.
• Experience with WordPress, Drupal, and headless CMS architectures.
• Mentor engineers and drive architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction across projects and mentor engineers.
• Design and optimize scalable full-stack web applications.
• Integrate CMS, DAM, and PIM systems for dynamic content.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and cross-functional teams.
