Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a 15+ year Full Stack Lead with deep expertise in PHP/Java backend, React frontend, microservices, APIs, and enterprise integrations. This role focuses on scalable, secure systems and strong domain experience in Finance, HR Tech, Procurement, Revenue Operations, or Supply Chain.

Ideal candidates have senior leadership experience, architecture ownership, and the ability to design and deliver high-performance, integrated solutions with AI exposure as a bonus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead.
• Strong backend development experience in PHP/Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js.
• Heavy focus on backend development (around 80%) and enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience building microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL services, and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and enterprise application architecture.
