Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead.
• Strong backend development experience in PHP/Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js.
• Heavy focus on backend development (around 80%) and enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience building microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL services, and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and enterprise application architecture.

15+ years Full Stack Lead with strong PHP/Java backend, React frontend, microservices, APIs, enterprise integrations, and domain expertise in Finance, HR Tech, Procurement, Revenue Operations, or Supply Chain. Basic exposure to AI tools is sufficient.

Basic Purpose:

• 15+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead.
• Strong backend development experience in PHP /Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js.
• Heavy focus on backend development (around 80%) and enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience building microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL services, and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and enterprise application architecture.

Domain expertise in at least one of the following:

• General Accounting / Asset Accounting
• Finance Operations / FinTech
• Oracle ERP Integrations
• Payables, Purchasing, Procurement
• Revenue, Credit & Collections
• Supply Chain & Sourcing Operations
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain automation is highly preferred.
