Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a Senior Full Stack Systems Integrator for on-site work in Fairfax, VA. You will own the Dell AX670 HCI cluster, including storage, networking, Windows Server/Hyper-V, and application servers, ensuring mission-ready operations.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, DoD‑level security practices, and the ability to collaborate with ISSOs and the government customer to sustain high availability and compliance across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8+ years of systems engineering/integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Experience administering AD, DNS, GPOs, DHCP, and PKI (AD CS) in an enterprise environment.
• DoD Secret clearance at time of hire, willingness to pursue higher clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, deployment, and sustainment of the HCI cluster and workloads.
• Plan patch cycles, firmware updates, and lifecycle management with minimal downtime.
• Maintain security compliance and incident response coordination with ISSOs and the customer.
• Develop documentation including diagrams, runbooks, and dependency maps.
• Support capacity planning and technology refresh for the HCI environment.
