Job summary

Neuberger seeks an AVP-level Full Stack Solution Engineer/Developer to own a hybrid web platform spanning traditional and headless sites. You will build responsive front-ends with React/Next.js, configure Sitecore, and design Node.js back-end services with GraphQL, while ensuring global, multi-region operations and robust production monitoring.

You’ll work in Docker environments, integrate analytics/tools, apply security and performance requirements, and collaborate in Agile with Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Around 6–8 years of professional full stack web development experience across front-end and back-end
• Hands-on Sitecore experience including ASP.NET MVC/headful development
• Experience with GraphQL and designing/building Node.js APIs (REST/GraphQL)
• Hands-on bot detection/mitigation in CDN/edge middleware
• Familiarity with SQL/relational databases and Docker-based environments
• Experience managing global multi-region websites across regions/markets
• Knowledge of website integrations/analytics and third-party tools

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain front-end components with React/Next.js and TypeScript
• Independently configure Sitecore items and content structures
• Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js (REST/GraphQL) and BFF layers
• Work with Docker-based environments and SQL databases for data access
• Manage website integrations, analytics, and bot detection at CDN/edge level
• Define and monitor non-functional requirements; use Splunk/Datadog for observability
• Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to speed delivery in Agile with Azure DevOps
