We are seeking a dynamic Senior Full Stack Software Engineer tolead and contribute to the design and delivery of scalable,end-to-end software solutions that power data-driven roboticsapplications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone whothrives in a fast-paced and innovative setting. In this role, youwill be instrumental in advancing the department’s initiatives todevelop cutting-edge robotics software, streamline data-drivenworkflows, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions, whileensuring the team delivers exceptional and ground breakingresults.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Owning end‑to‑end development of features across the backend,frontend, and data layers
- Building reliable, scalable backend services that power coreproduct capabilities
- Designing and maintaining data systems that support bothstructured and unstructured information
- Crafting polished, responsive user interfaces using modernfrontend approaches
- Shaping intuitive user experiences through thoughtful designand usability principles
- Translating user feedback, product insights, and analytics intoproduct improvements
- Collaborating closely with a multi-functional team to delivercohesive, high‑impact features
- Developing interactive data visualizations and explorationtools that help users make sense of complex information
- Participating in architectural decisions and influencinglong‑term technical direction
- Maintaining strong engineering standards through testing,documentation, and code review
- Diagnosing and resolving issues across the full stack to ensurea smooth, reliable user experience
- Supporting a team culture that values learning,knowledge‑sharing, and supportive collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science,Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of professional experience developing full‑stackapplications
- Experience working in Linux‑based development environments
- Solid understanding of core software engineering principles,patterns, and protocols
- Proficiency in modern backend and frontend programminglanguages; Python experience strongly preferred to ensure alignmentwith the team’s existing stack
- Hands‑on experience with both relational and non‑relationaldata systems, including data versioning or related tooling
- Proficiency with contemporary web application frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing databasearchitectures
- Ability to translate product requirements and user feedbackinto thoughtful technical solutions
- Clear, effective technical communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with experts within a multidisciplinaryteam, including product managers, software architects, dataengineers, and other developers
- Ability to work independently, ask questions and seek inputwhen needed
- Commitment to a respectful and supportive team environment
We especially want to hear from you if you have experience orqualifications in ANY of the following areas:
- Experience with data orchestration or workflow tools
- Familiarity with software security concepts such asauthentication, authorization, and endpoint protection
- Exposure to cloud platforms or distributed computingenvironments
- Data processing workflows (pre‑processing, augmentation,post‑processing) experience
- Background in building tools or interfaces for data explorationor analytics
- Interest in mentoring or supporting teammates as the teamgrows

This position will require work on a variety of projects, includingprojects that involve military/defense applications and/or arefunded by military/defense sponsors.
