Instrumentl is a profitable, hypergrowth, YC-backed SaaS platform building the operating system for grant-funded organizations. More than 5,500 nonprofits use Instrumentl to discover, track, and win grant funding, from local community organizations to the San Diego Zoo and the University of Alaska. Collectively they’ve moved over $1 billion through our platform.
We're growing quickly, customers love us (check out our G2 reviews!), and we're hiring people who want to build something that matters.
You’ll be a Senior Full Stack Engineer reporting to our Head of Engineering, working across design, product, content, and support to deliver a best-in-class experience to every user. On a small, distributed team that owns the product, support, and data stack end to end, you’ll build and improve both customer-facing products and internal tooling, own problems from ideation through shipped and reliable solutions, and help set the quality bar for the engineers who join after you. We’re an AI-forward team that invests heavily in modern tooling and expects engineers to use it with strong judgment, staying the author and owner of their work rather than outsourcing it to the tools. If you want broad ownership and real impact at a profitable, fast-growing company rather than a narrow slice at a larger one, this is that seat.
