We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative, reporting to the Senior Sales Development Manager, to be the first point of contact for nonprofits and universities reaching out to learn about Instrumentl. You’ll qualify inbound leads, run high-volume outreach to warm prospects and set up the sales team to close, all while helping mission-driven organizations access the funding they need to grow their impact.
This role is perfect for a sales professional early on in their career, or someone looking to career switch into sales, that wants to help some of the best organizations in the world.
For US-based candidates, the target compensation for this role is $65,000 base salary plus $25,000 variable, for an OTE of $90,000. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, scope of responsibility, interview performance, and geographic location. We’re committed to paying competitively and equitably.
