Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support NASIC by delivering software solutions that drive the Air Force’s digital transformation. You will work on designing and implementing capabilities, ensuring high-quality code, and mentoring teammates in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of experience, expertise in RESTful services, backend languages (Go, Node.js, Python), and frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant STEM field.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) by performing software activities focused on assisting the Air Force move forward with digital transformation. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement new capabilities and custom software solutions to solve unique government customer problems
• Follow best practices to write well-tested, high performing code
• Identify and resolve issues found in existing code
• Integrate capabilities with external services and tools

• Communicate status and technical details with customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant STEM field

Required Experience

• 12 + years experience writing, maintaining, debugging, and testing code
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Experience with server-side languages, preference toward Golang, NodeJS, and/or Python
• Experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks, preference toward Angular and Vue
• Experience with version control software (e.g., Git)
• Experience with bug/issue tracking software such as JIRA
