Job summary

STX Next, a global IT consulting company, seeks a senior full-stack expert for a fast-paced, short-term B2B engagement. You will dive into an active codebase, advise clients, and shape technical roadmaps while rapidly delivering mobile features.

The role emphasizes React Native (Expo) and Node.js, Firebase, and cloud tools, with a strong focus on clean architecture, performance, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Senior-level expertise with React Native (Expo) and the Node.js ecosystem.
• Backend mastery with Firebase services, core Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Deep, practical experience with TanStack Query, Zustand, react-hook-form, Reanimated, Typesense, branch.io and RevenueCat.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2/C1+) to articulate decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and optimise mobile features using React Native (Expo) and TypeScript, with scalable backend services in Node.js and Firebase.
• Implement complex mobile UI animations, in-app purchases, and third-party API integrations (e.g., DeepL, SendGrid).
• Translate complex technical requirements into business value and advise on key technical decisions with stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth application performance and error tracking using Sentry and PostHog, while establishing shared standards.
