Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development; 5+ years in recent fullstack Python development.
• Proven experience with Claude Code, Replit Agent, or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, React/Vue.js, Alpine.js, and Bulma CSS.
• Expertise in RESTful API design, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Deep experience with AWS architecture and services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Familiarity with GitHub SDLC workflows.
• Multiagent orchestration and advanced prompt engineering.
• Experience with Kafka, Celery, and Redis for event-driven architectures.
• Contributions to opensource AI or agentic development projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Python (Django) for backend and React/Vue.js, Alpine.js, and Bulma CSS for frontend.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Build new and optimize existing applications using Claude, Replit, or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
• Guide AI-generated code, perform QA, and enforce best practices for reliability and maintainability.
• Develop cloud-native solutions by leveraging AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway.

Job Summary
