Job summary

Antora Energy is seeking a full-stack product engineer to build the software products that power our business—from external customer experiences to internal tools used by teams across Business Development, Operations, and R&D. You’ll shape product vision, design the underlying data models, and connect AI systems with the business logic that makes them useful.

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment and ability to translate vague requests into clear specs.
• Production software experience across frontend and backend with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products used by real users.
• Solid SQL and data modeling skills; exposure to warehousing or dbt workflows.
• Collaborative approach, working with non-engineers and stakeholders.
• Ability to connect product, data, AI, and software considerations and communicate decisions clearly.
• Practical risk judgment to balance feature needs with governance and safety.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal and external software products across frontend, backend, data, and AI layers.
• Enable self-service by empowering analysts and operators to create their own tools.
• Co-create with users by understanding workflows and delivering practical solutions.
• Establish a unified data model connecting business systems, data, and telemetry.
• Design and enforce data security and access controls across products.
• Build proactive AI guardrails to detect failures, errors, and grounding gaps before reaching users.
• Set engineering standards for architecture and guardrails across the software ecosystem.
