SocialCoach seeks a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer in Pleasant Grove, UT, hybrid work. You will own features end-to-end, shape product direction, and collaborate with customers and engineering to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will work with Ruby on Rails and React, own architecture decisions, and scale systems to handle large social media workloads. 5+ years of experience required; equity offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer building and scaling production applications.
• Ownership mindset with focus on user experience, business impact, and product quality.
• Deep hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Willingness to dive into Spring, Kotlin, and Node microservices when maintaining supporting systems.

Responsibilities

• High Autonomy, Low Friction: work with a lightweight Kanban flow and ship features.
• End-to-End Ownership: architect and ship high-impact features across web and mobile apps.
• Customer-Centric Engineering: partner with Customer Success to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Complex Problem Solving: build scalable infrastructure and optimize video rendering pipelines.
