Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures seeks a senior software engineer to join a product engineering team building marketing and growth software. You will develop customer-facing features end to end and help shape a new generation of interactive marketing tools, collaborating with designers, PMs, and customers.

About the Role

Join a product engineering team building marketing and growth software that helps non-technical users turn data and machine learning insights into action. You will develop customer-facing features end to end and help shape a new generation of interactive marketing tools.

What You'll Do

• Design and build product features across the frontend and backend, from early architecture through delivery.
• Work with customers, designers, and product managers to understand user behavior and translate needs into software.
• Partner with machine learning engineers to integrate models and surface useful insights in the product.
• Build analytics and observability experiences, interactive interfaces, and tools for setting up marketing experiments.
• Design APIs, data models, database migrations, and CRUD applications.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 5 to 12 years of software engineering experience, including senior-level ownership and at least two years at a fast-paced SaaS startup.
• Strong TypeScript and React experience building polished, customer-facing interfaces.
• Backend development experience with Go, SQL, API design, data modeling, and database migrations.
• Experience independently leading and architecting complex frontend systems and building CRUD applications.
• Strong product judgment and experience working with customers and cross-functional teams in fast feedback loops.
• Experience integrating analytics or machine learning capabilities into interactive products.
• An undergraduate degree in computer science or a related quantitative field, with strong technical fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $180,000 to $320,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
