Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Senior Application Programmer to modernize the NOC Portal with a focus on front-end (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Python back-end development. You will similarly maintain PHP components and work in a collaborative, agile environment to deliver robust software.

The role requires strong full-stack skills, a technical degree or equivalent experience, and experience with modern web technologies, tooling, and cloud databases. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack web development experience focusing on modern front-end and back-end development.
• College degree in a technical or related field or at least 8 years of work experience in a structured development environment.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and other Azure tools.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the NOC Portal and supporting tools.
• Modernize front-end (JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end (Python) components; PHP maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver features on schedule.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software and systems.
• Ensure 24x7 availability and monitor NOC Portal systems.
