Job summary

Nortal is seeking a Semi-Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications using Python, Node.js, C#, and React. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable backend services, intuitive frontend interfaces, and robust APIs in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, architectural input, and CI/CD contributions, with a strong focus on delivering user-centered solutions for US clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with React frontend development and modern JS frameworks.
• Backend development with Node.js, Python, and C# across RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL stores; SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, ECS, SQS, EventBridge, etc.).
• Experience with Jest and Playwright testing frameworks.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform; GitLab CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end applications across multiple tech stacks (Python, Node.js, C#, React).
• Design and implement scalable backend services and robust APIs.
• Create and maintain frontend features with React.
• Work with relational and NoSQL data stores and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
• Write automated tests and participate in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code quality improvements.
