Job summary

CSC in Buffalo Grove, IL seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop cloud-based tax software. You’ll collaborate with distributed teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality features using React, Next.js, .NET, TypeScript, and Azure.

You will mentor juniors, participate in code reviews, and stay current with evolving tech, while supporting hybrid/remote work arrangements and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full stack software design and development experience.
• Experience with React, Next.js, and .NET.
• Experience with Cloud providers such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Microservice-based architecture.
• Familiarity with Containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps, or Azure K8 Service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using React, Next.js, and .NET frameworks.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and deploy applications on Azure cloud platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
