Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant technical field and 7+ years progressive post-baccalaureate software experience.
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or metals production software development.
• Programming experience in C# and JavaScript.
• Relational database design and optimization, specifically MS SQL Server.
• Experience with Agile Scrum software development.
• Experience building software solutions for industrial automation or Electric and Automation environments.
• Metals industry experience and knowledge of metals production workflows.
• Experience in production planning and scheduling and MES implementations.
• Ability to manipulate large, heterogeneous data sets for advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership across the full stack engineering organization.
• Lead and grow a multi‑tier team of managers and developers; manage headcount and performance.
• Drive technical sales engagements and develop technical proposals and solution architectures.
• Contribute to pricing and licensing strategies for digital products.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and executive leadership on roadmaps and KPIs.
• Define reusable architectural patterns and standards across product lines.
• Oversee CI/CD, DevOps practices, and tool migrations.
• Interface with customers at the executive level and support high‑level engagements.
