Connect Tech+Talent is seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Kentico CMS, and Genesys Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable web applications and customer experience solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in full-stack .NET, Kentico development experience, and hands-on Genesys Cloud CX capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack .NET development experience.
• Strong C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core expertise.
• Hands-on Kentico development and customization.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX and integrations.
• Solid REST APIs / JSON / web services knowledge.
• SQL Server and relational database design.
• Good OOP, SOLID, design patterns, clean architecture.
• Git and modern source-control practices.
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Azure cloud services preferred.
• Understanding of web security and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a fast-paced full-stack team.
