• Drive framework/library/technology decisions balancing business priorities and feasibility.
• Escalation point for complex technical issues and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead diff review process within the team.
• Monitor delivery metrics, sprint planning, and board hygiene.
• Ensure documentation and communication standards across the team.
