Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in financial services to lead modernization efforts and architect cloud-native solutions. You will drive migrations from WinForms to React-based frontends and transform monolithic .NET apps into scalable microservices on Azure.

The role is hands-on and technical, requiring deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, React, SQL Server, and Azure.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and React.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications, including WinForms and ASP.NET WebForms, into modern web applications and microservices.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Azure development experience, including AKS.
• 5+ years of SQL development experience, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and database optimization.
• Strong backend experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.
• 5+ years of web application development experience using .NET Core, Entity Framework, REST APIs, and related technologies.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, Web APIs, Web Services, and secure application development.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and application integration.
• Knowledge of high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, database design, and software architecture.
• Experience with Azure monitoring, application performance optimization, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical teams, business partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the modernization and migration of legacy WinForms to React-based frontend and microservices architectures.
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using Azure services (AKS, App Services, Functions).
• Modernize legacy .NET apps into scalable microservices in Azure.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise apps using React, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, WebForms, and RESTful APIs.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Azure AD.
• Build and maintain integrations with SQL Server, Snowflake, and other data platforms.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance with Azure Monitor.
• Evaluate architectures and recommend scalable, available, fault-tolerant solutions.
• Serve as SME for asset management apps and platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate technical recommendations, and support business decisions.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Balance multiple projects while upholding software quality standards.
