Job summary

Talentola is seeking a senior full stack engineer in the United States to design, develop, and scale our web applications across UI, API, and backend layers. You will drive automation strategies for distributed, cloud-native systems and contribute to testing frameworks.

The role requires deep experience with Angular, Node.js, and AWS services, plus strong communication to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with deep full stack development experience.
• Hands-on programming with Angular and Node.js; strong design principles.
• Proven ability to build and troubleshoot code and perform code reviews.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
• Experience automating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar).
• Familiarity with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Experience with source control tools such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, CDK.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and evolution of scalable development/testing frameworks across UI, API, and backend layers.
• Drive automation strategy for complex distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
• Act as a quality advocate within Agile teams; influence architecture and delivery decisions.
• Collaborate with junior SDEs and SDETs on best practices, tools, frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects and DevOps to ensure quality from design to production.
• Own understanding of business requirements; design, develop, test and maintain across environments.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps and quality issues; drive resolution across teams.
• Support non-functional requirements including performance, reliability, security and resiliency.
