Job summary

Talentola is seeking a Technical Team Lead in Austin to guide a high-performing Java Fullstack team. You will mentor developers, shape architecture, and deliver scalable applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration across functions, and strong GitHub usage. You will drive code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement with cutting-edge tools like GitHub Copilot and Agetnic AI.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Proficient in front-end technologies, particularly Angular.
• Experience with version control systems, specifically GitHub.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Agetnic AI tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring, and Angular.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices to support various business functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
