The role emphasizes building features, ensuring quality through testing, and aligning with design direction from the Solution Architect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years building software or AI.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with front-end technologies is a plus.
• Exposure to RAG and agent tooling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build features. Full-stack on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models.
• Work with users. Sit with the business day to day and build with them.
• Keep quality up. Tests and evaluations on everything that ships.
• Take design direction. From the Solution Architect, and flag what the design misses.
