Job summary

Aperia Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to own the end-to-end delivery of secure, high-performance payment systems. You will work across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, leveraging Java/Spring Boot, React, and relational databases.

The role emphasizes API design, security (OAuth2/JWT), CI/CD, and observability with OpenTelemetry. You’ll collaborate with global teams in an Agile environment and mentor peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot (MVC and/or WebFlux).
• Strong experience with React and REST APIs; solid UI skills (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap).
• Relational databases design, migrations, and performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS) and event-driven patterns.
• Practical AWS experience (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, SSM) and IaC (Terraform).
• Knowledge of OAuth2/Spring Security, JWT, and policy-based authorization.
• Testing discipline with JUnit/Mockito; CI/CD and observability (OpenTelemetry).
• Familiarity with Web Services; Agile/Scrum and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable payment systems and integrations.
• Develop APIs (REST) and implement async/event-driven patterns.
• Manage DB schemas, migrations, and query optimization.
• Participate in IaC efforts and multi-environment AWS deployments.
• Maintain code quality with tests and secure practices; support CI/CD and tracing.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and distributed teams in Agile sprints.
• Mentor peers and drive continual improvement across the stack.
