Qualifications

• 15 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot expertise.
• Experience with Kafka and MQ messaging systems.
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• SQL/database proficiency.
• In-memory cache experience with Hazelcast or GemFire preferred.
• Ability to build scalable, low-latency backend systems.
• Experience integrating AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, and maintain core backend components in Java using Kafka/MQ.
