Job summary

Peraton is seeking a seasoned software engineer to contribute to a mature Java-based development effort. You will work in an Agile environment, expanding your skills with Quarkus and PrimeFaces while delivering full-stack solutions.

The role involves building UIs, integrating data flows, and enhancing data movement across systems. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in software development, TS/SCI clearance, and a technical degree; AWS and CKAD certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with current polygraph required.
• At least five (5) years of software development/engineering experience across requirements, development, integration, and maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, highly desirable; equivalent experience considered.
• Certifications listed may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops software with Java as the primary language within an Agile team.
• Participates in requirements analysis, testing, and problem resolution.
• Works with Quarkus and PrimeFaces to build full-stack applications.
• Collaborates to create/modify workflows and integrate data ingest tech (JMS, Kafka).
