Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, is seeking a Full Stack Gen AI Developer to design and build AI-enabled, scalable applications for sustainable air mobility.

You will work on frontend and backend, integrate GenAI capabilities, and ensure robust security, testing, and deployment processes. A base pay range is provided, with equal opportunity employment and a strong emphasis on diversity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 5–6 years of full-stack web development experience.
• Frontend: React or modern JS frameworks.
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
• Web tech: HTML5, CSS3, JS, responsive design.
• APIs: REST/GraphQL.
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Version control: Git.
• GenAI model usage via APIs.
• RAG architecture & vector DBs.
• LLM prompts for outputs.
• Testing frameworks & automated tests.
• CI/CD & deployment processes.
• Docker & orchestration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack apps with integrated generative AI capabilities.
• Implement and optimize UIs/UX for clarity and responsiveness.
• Understand AI/ML model capabilities and contribute to deployment.
• Contribute to all SDLC phases: planning, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Provide support for production deployments and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI and full-stack tech; share ideas.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization systems.
• Optimize app performance and scalability.
• Produce clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Engage in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
