Archer, based in San Jose, California, seeks an AI/ML researcher to design, implement, and evaluate cutting-edge algorithms that will eventually be integrated into production systems. You will prototype multi-modal models, work from data to deployment, and collaborate with researchers to translate academic work into scalable software.

Strong emphasis on staying current with ML advances and delivering impactful results.

Formación

• MS or PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with strong emphasis on AI and ML.
• Strong problem-solving skills for less-defined, complex problems.
• Familiarity with good software practices and development, including version control.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and evaluate novel ML and DL algorithms.
• Iterate on AI model development from data to architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate with researcher engineers to prototype solutions from academic literature.
• Conduct experiments to benchmark techniques and evaluate model behavior.
• Develop tools to support scalable, reproducible research and development.
• Communicate findings to leadership concisely and convincingly.
• Stay current with AI/ML developments and relevant innovations.
• Assist in transitioning research prototypes into production-ready systems.
