Capital One is seeking Full-stack Software Engineers to build and transform technology platforms that support millions of customers. You’ll lead diverse tech projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based experiences.

You will work with Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services, shaping architecture and advancing Capital One's platform roadmaps.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree and 9+ years across multiple languages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices to meet regulatory needs.
• Share passion for tech trends, mentor engineers, and participate in internal/external tech communities.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based experiences for millions of Americans.
• Utilize Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, RDBMS/NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS tools.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, shaping architecture and long-term direction.
• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale, distributed, or cloud-native systems with high reliability.
• Partner with architects and product leaders to define platform roadmaps and shared services strategy.
