Role emphasizes strong Python backend development, API design (FastAPI), cloud experience, and integrating LLMs and agents. Collaboration with business and IT teams is essential to deliver scalable, maintainable software.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• Production API design & delivery (FastAPI preferred) with versioning/docs.
• Cloud experience (AWS) beyond core compute/storage.
• Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

• Generative AI & ML requirements.
• Experience building agents.
• Vector databases and RAG patterns (indexing, embeddings, retrieval).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business teams, analysts, and architects to understand requirements and identify system changes.
• Engage daily with development teams, designers, copy writers and other IT teams.
• Develop and present recommendations from analysis; assist in design peer reviews and unit tests.
• Identify refactoring opportunities; contribute to development processes for continuous improvement.
• Offer solutions to improve efficiency; defend recommendations confidently.
• Communicate with both business and technical audiences; produce design docs for various audiences.

Luxoft is initiating the development of a solution designed to generate investment insights based on sales and research materials. The solution will leverage advanced Agentic AI capabilities to significantly reduce the time required to prepare for client meetings and improve quality of the insights.

Responsibilities

Work closely with business team, business analysts, and architects and be able to quickly understand the new requirements and helps to identify the changes to the system.

Work closely on a day-to-day basis with development team, designers, copy writers and other IT teams.

The role develops and presents recommendations from analysis of current solution. Assist in design peer reviews, code peer reviews, build and unit test functional enhancements. Identify areas for code refactoring. Review and contribute to development process and procedures to assist in the continual improvement of the development team activities.

Be able to offer solutions and designs to solve process, project or program issues; provides recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness. Defends a recommendation and can confidently support it.

Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences and produce design documents suitable for multiple audience types, both client-facing and internal

Must be able to exhibit technical thought leadership and excellent problem solving ability, with an aptitude for technical innovation.
