CTC is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Platform Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions. The role emphasizes modern frontend and backend-tech leadership, including AWS cloud infra, DevOps automation, and Generative AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will lead data pipelines, implement secure authentication, and drive architecture decisions with LangChain/LangGraph, ensuring reliability and scalability across production environments.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Platform Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend development, backend services, cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and Generative AI technologies including LLMs and RAG architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend APIs and microservices using Python, FastAPI, and Rust.
• Develop and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, and MongoDB.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native architectures on AWS, including:
• EC2
• S3
• ECR
• RDS
• IAM
• VPC
• Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Develop secure authentication and authorization solutions using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• LangChain
• LangGraph

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with modern web technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React, Vite, and frontend application development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Experience with Rust for high‑performance services and system‑level development.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Spark, SQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Deep understanding of cloud services and infrastructure on AWS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands‑on experience implementing enterprise authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Experience designing and deploying Generative AI, LLM, and RAG‑based applications.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI agent development and multi‑agent systems.
• Experience building enterprise AI platforms and knowledge management solutions.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or related).
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
