The ideal candidate has 5+ years of object oriented programming, strong AWS experience, and a modern web stack (ES6, React, Node, Redux). This role offers competitive compensation and equity as part of a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of object oriented programming in a professional setting.
• Experience building secure, production-grade backend infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS services (S3, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2).
• Proficient in modern web Tech: ES6, React, Node, Redux, jQuery, Webpack, Babel, SCSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems with a focus on security and reliability.
• Design, test, and deploy features that improve user experience and productivity.
• Build tools to deploy, monitor, and manage applications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor teammates.
• Stay current with web technologies and infrastructure patterns.
