B4Corp in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Full Stack Developer with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support entitlement programs, IdAM/ICAM, and digital policy management. You will work with a large team of developers and data engineers on a high-security government program.

The role requires strong experience across Java, JavaScript, Python, and cloud services, with focus on building scalable software in a governed environment. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or XML.
• Experience developing web software and cloud services.
• Experience with Windows/Unix environments and Git repositories.
• Strong testing practices including unit/integration testing.
• Familiarity with secure coding and government-grade environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify software systems using analytical models and programming.
• Coordinate with analysts, engineers, and managers to define requirements and interfaces.
• Develop unit and functional test plans and support operations of deployed systems.
• Document code and architecture, and maintain detailed workflow diagrams.
• Ensure software changes meet performance, security, and reliability requirements.
