Job summary

Vannevarlabs is seeking a senior full‑stack developer to build agentic systems for high‑stakes government missions in NYC. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, design architectures, and collaborate with operators and mission experts to deploy secure, scalable software in sensitive environments.

You will work directly with users to define requirements, navigate complex government IT ecosystems, and ensure reliability, security, and operational impact across multiple products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer with DoD RMF experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience interfacing with government IT systems and RMF controls.

Responsibilities

• Own mission problems end-to-end: understand user and workflow, design approach, build, deploy, and own outcome.
• Architect, build, and own direction for a product deployed to customer environments in mission-critical use cases.
• Collaborate with users and senior stakeholders to understand needs and constraints, and deliver impactful software features.
• Write substantial production code across the stack to improve capabilities, performance and scalability.
• Navigate and integrate with government IT ecosystems, ensuring security and compliance.
