Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and high‑performance APIs for trading operations in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate with traders, product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, optimize microservices and data pipelines, and continuously explore new technologies to improve system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer in trading/finance or similar.
• Strong proficiency in modern web frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• Experience with Java 17+ or TypeScript and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Ignite).
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services to support trading operations.
• Collaborate with traders, product managers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement and optimize high-performance APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
• Ensure code quality, testing, deployment, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack with focus on reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive a culture of learning and innovation.
