DriveWealth is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute within our Core Trade engineering team. You will build a high-throughput, low-latency trading system and the tools to run it, democratizing investing globally.

You’ll lead with modern technologies, leverage AI-assisted workflows, and collaborate across teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable trade desk applications. The role requires strong communication and a focus on resilient architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and back-end tech.
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency trading systems or similar real-time data stacks.
• Strong understanding of architecture at scale and secure, resilient design.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and safe adoption practices.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead code reviews.
• Excellent communication for technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design, architecture, and delivery of complex React/TypeScript front-end and Java back-end features from inception to production.
• Drive architectural best practices to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, lead code reviews, and raise the technical bar.
• Pioneer AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Architect human-in-the-loop workflows blending automation with high-throughput data processing.
• Collaborate with Trade Desks, Quants, Product Managers, and other engineering leads to translate goals into executable plans.
• Define bold, measurable technical goals and work with leadership to hit organizational targets.
