DriveWealth is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Core Trade engineering team in New York on a hybrid basis. You will build a high‑throughput, low‑latency trading stack and related tools to democratize investing globally.

You will lead design, ensure security and scalability, mentor engineers, and champion AI‑driven development while blending automated and human‑in‑the‑loop validation for mission‑critical systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of designing, building, and owning highly available architectures at scale.
• Strong familiarity with modern AI coding assistants to improve developer productivity.
• Deep understanding of testing standards, including unit and E2E testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design, architecture, and delivery of complex React/TypeScript front‑end and Java back‑end features.
• Drive architectural best practices to ensure secure, scalable, resilient solutions.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and raise the technical bar across teams.
• Pioneer AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing and documentation.
• Architect human‑in‑the‑loop workflows blending automated processing with human validation.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into robust execution.
• Define bold, measurable technical goals with leadership.
