Qualifications

• 5+ years in full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and SQL.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and distributed systems.
• Ability to independently solve complex technical problems.
• Contributed to architecture and system design decisions.
• Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments.
• Experience mentoring or leading developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications across multiple platforms.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and drive solutions.
• Build and design APIs, system integrations, and scalable architectures.
• Lead code reviews, PRs, and enforce best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior staff with code reviews.
• Help define technical roadmaps and break work into tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support both new feature development and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to modernizing legacy applications and migrating older systems.
• Improve efficiency by reducing overhead and enabling faster decisions.
